About Me
Hi there, I am an Ofsted registered, experienced and an eligible childminder who lives with my husband, daughter and two friendly cats in Kingsnorth. I am bilingual Danish/English.
I hold the Early Years Foundation Certificate and Paediatric First Aid Certificate (12 hrs).
I have worked in the City as a Legal PA for many years and travelled the world but decided to pursue my childminding career when our daughter was born. I always wanted to work with children since I was a teenager.
I am familiar with EYFS and believe learning through play and experiences are very important. I can offer a variety of activities.
Our house benefit from an enclosed garden with various toys and opposite our house is a playground. I am a great believer of being outdoors everyday. This year we have grown our own tomatoes, potatoes, strawberries and sunflowers. We also have an downstairs toilet and a playroom leading onto the garden with lots of toys.
For the nearly 6 years I have been childminding we have also really enjoyed spending time in the local woods, parks, Rare Breeds, Sensory room and at playgroups

My Experience
I moved to England when I was 17 years old as an Au Pair looking after four children; newborn, 3, 7 and 9 year old. I also spent a few afternoons a week with a 8 year old girl with learning difficulties helping her with homework, did baking, activities and days out.
I have always involved in a lot of babysitting - references available upon request.
My youngest mindee was 13 weeks
