I can now provide children of 2 years 15 hours free.
I can speak fluent English and other languages such as; Bengali. I grew up in the UK and I am a British Citizen.

Mrs Shah is not less than a blessing for me. I am a first time Mom so I was a bit reluctant in choosing a childminder but after 1.5 year of experience with this lady i can say that I made best decision to choose her. My son loves her as he gets to do different play activities in her home. He had some problem of speech delay before. We recognised it and she guided me to work together to help him say clear sentences. Now my son speaks fluently. I have seen alot of improvement in my son's speech and general behaviour. I feel stress free when i drop my son to her home because i know and i have seen that she does her job very sincerely. She is a kind, loving, caring and generous lady. i am very happy to found her for my son.

After reading my messages multiple times and not responding, I found her lack of communication very rude. In one of my messages, I even asked her to kindly let me know if we weren't the right fit, as we urgently needed care and she seemed ideal for our needs and location.
Yet, despite my efforts, she still didn't respond after reading. It makes me question how someone with such poor communication handles interactions with children or teaches them about integrity.

I met Shah in quite a stressed moment of my life, when our previous childminder turned us down after months of looking after our baby, with no reason and no notice. Shah was calm and understanding.
My daughter flourished in her house. Although the previous childminder was very "famous" in our area, my baby didn't settle very well as it was busy there.
Shah sent us pictures, always told us was didn't work and she worked together with us for the better good of my daughter.
My baby settled very well there, she felt safe, cared and her personality came though, she loved Shah very quickly.
She has a lovely garden and house. Shah is a very good cook and helped us making gain weight to our daughter who was a bit fussy to eat. My baby did enjoy doing colouring and art work at Shah's.
Without any doubt i recommend Shah, she's awesome, caring and great help to the whole family.

Amazing childminder! My daughter is 4,5 yrs old and Shah has been looking after for the last 3 years. She loves going to Shah, she has a lot of fun, they do gardening, going to the children centre etc. Shah did all the potty training, teaching my daughter how to dress up and putting the shoes on etc. As Lena is our first child, it is a great help for me. She also advised me where and when to enrol Lena. (nursery, school) I am so happy with her. We call her our little angel since she helped me out so many times when I was struggling with managing my time between work and my daughter.

A wonderful childminder who has always provided a high standard of care to both my children over the last 4 years. She has an amazing sense of humour and is very patient aswell as fun and loving. We have a great relationship and I cannot thank Mrs Shah enough. I have always left my children with great confidenceand trust, knowing that they are safe and well looked after. It has been a real pleasure to have found Mrs Shah.

Good he send her to take care of my daughter's. After a huge disappointment from all private child care I was thinking about go back home because almost everybody they don't care about children's happiness and good development, all what they care is the money.SHE was the only one that understand my situation and my daughter's needs.
For this reason I'm considerate her like part of my family.
