About Me
***OUTSTANDING OFSTED INSPECTION***
Relocating to Bournemouth in the summer holidays 2022. House renovations are underway so I can not offer parent visits until July / August 2022.
Our setting is a family run setting and childcare is provided by Fiona and Rosemary.
Fiona: Age 35. A registered child minder of 12 years. Level 3 childcare qualified.
Rosemary: Age 21 and worked for the business for 6 years. Level 3 childcare qualified.
Skye: Age 17. Works as an assistant after school when needed. Currently studying A levels at sixth form.
All staff are registered with, first aid certificate and extensive experience with children in the early years age group.
Our new home is currently under renovations and we plan to use it as follows:
The children will have access to downstairs. The kitchen stair gate is normally closed and the children will be allowed in there when supervised to do activities like cooking. The lounge is being used as the quiet space for naps. The conservatory will be the play room. We do a lot of activities but I will mainly be taking my lead from you. We also have a dining area so the children will all eat together and enjoy socialising. We have a garden with small climbing frames with slides and there are also a lot of ride on toys out there to play on.
I would provide everything your child my need while they are in my setting (nappies/wipes/meals/outings).
Rosemary is currently offering weekend nannying or babysitting. She is L1, L2 and Level 3 qualified. First aid trained, safeguarding, GDPR, health and safety, food safety, clean driving licence.

My Experience
My daughter was born prematurely at 25 weeks so we spent a lot of time in Poole hospital. She had a tracheotomy and needed oxygen so I am fully trained to deal with any child that has these needs. She made a full recovery and is a bright girl who enjoys spending time with her peers.
My son is a bright and energetic lad that enjoys socialising and computer games with his peers.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
Childminding fees:
8am - 6pm £55
All meals and toiletries are provided for free so all you need to do is drop off your child.

My son has thoroughly enjoyed his time with Fiona and we are very sad to be saying goodbye. She is a lovely bubbly and caring lady. It is hugely convenient that all I have to do is drop him off and Fiona provides the rest. Snacks, lunch, drinks and everything in between.
Ashton's reading and writing has hugely improved recently and he says "This is what I learnt with fiona" and shows me various things he can write/draw. and "Look mummy I can hold my pen properly and nicely I did it at Fiona's". He also enjoys telling me about their trips to the park and soft play.
All in all a very happy mummy and son with the service we have been provided with! :-)

Thank you Frankie, I hope Ashton and Leila are doing well in their new setting.
I was very sad to relocate and leave all my children behind so am glad you stay in touch and I can still keep an eye on how the little ones are doing.
Fiona has looked after my children on numerous occasions. She is competent with all ages (mine are 11,10,8,5 and 19 months) and very professional. My children always enjoy their time with her and are always active. Fiona is also flexible with my shift work which can be irregular. She includes everything to meet my children's needs throughout their time in her care and makes my life so much easier.

I would highly recommend Fiona. She is a very professional and caring childminder. She provides a friendly and safe home environment and my son enjoys his time with her. The children get taken out regularly and all the children interact well.
