I am an Ofsted registered Childminder,
My name is Jade, I am 31 years old.
Family is important to me. My husband and I started our own family by welcoming our first daughter in September 2020, I love spending time together making memories and enjoying the world around us.
Every child should be allowed to flourish in there own way! Spread there wings, learn, develop and fly when they are ready.
I have a passion for working and caring for children and find it very rewarding, helping them to become an individual, supporting them to achieve goals and milestones and thrive from supporting them with their first smiles, steps, and words to completing their first puzzle or writing their name etc.
It is important to me for children to feel happy and safe but always having fun!!
My Experience
I have worked in the childcare industry for over 12years.
Before going on Maternity and setting up my own childminding setting, I was a nanny for a family of 3 children for over 2 years. During the term time I would take the youngest to lots of social and toddler groups being out and about keeping active, exploring the environment and gaining experience of the world. Playing, learning and getting creative at home. Along with supporting the elder children with school work and caring for all 3 children during the school holidays, going on day adventures and having lots of fun. The Eldest child had Autism and we overcome challenges together along with supporting him and adopting different approaches to support his needs and development.
I worked in a Nursey as a full time Senior Nursery Nurse caring for babies and children for over 3 years. I gained vast experience and knowledge, caring and providing a stimulating environment for children aged 4months to 4years.
Previously I worked in a school as a General Teaching Assistant and also a Special Needs Learning Support Assistant, supporting and caring for a child with Down’s syndrome.
