About Me
I am a childminder with over 20 years experience. I welcome children into my home to learn and develop in a fun environment. We have a pet dog who loves to get involved with the children when not to busy sleeping. While children are in my setting they are encouraged to grow and develop while being kind and thoughtful of others. We also like to talk about our experiences and the things that make us happy or sad so they learn to talk about their feelings.
We offer a wide range of toys, crafts, games, baking as well as having a large garden with ride on toys, climbing domes, slide, trampoline and ball games etc.
My Experience
After finishing my nursery nurse training I nannied for a few years before starting my own family.
I have now been childminding for over 20 years and have helped develop and care for many children in this time.
My Qualifications
BTEC in caring services (nursery nursing)
Pediatric first aid
Child protection awareness
Introduction to signs and symbols
Supporting children with speech, language and communication needs.
My Availability
I am available Monday to Thursday 7am -8pm
and do occasional weekends and later evenings/over night stays.
