About Me
I am a trained (NNEB) and First Aid qualified Nanny with 31 years sole charge experience with under sevens, mainly with babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, but I have also looked after older children. I have a nine year old son and I am triple vaccinated for Covid.
Recent history:
June 2024 to present - Sole charge nanny, looking after a 4 year old and a 1 year old.
September 2022 to June 2024 - Sole charge nanny - ages of children when I left were 4 years old (whom I looked after on a full time basis) and 6 years old (whom I looked after in school holidays, before school and after school.) Reason for leaving was redundancy due to the youngest going to full time School.
February 2020 to September 2022 - Sole charge nanny - ages of children when I left were 3 years old (whom I looked after on a full time basis) and 6 years old (whom I looked after in school holidays and occasionally after school. Reason for leaving was redundancy due to the youngest going to full time Nursery.
September 2019 - February 2020. Shared care nanny for newly born Boy/Girl twins. Temporary position.
September 2017 - December 2019. Sole charge of a little girl (three years old on leaving date). Reason for leaving was redundancy as child was going to go to Pre-School.
February to August 2017 - Before and after school care of 5 year old and 3 year old, also helping Mum with newborn. Temporary job as contract already signed with another family for a September start.
May to December 2016 - Sole charge of 4 yr old and 2 yr old - reason for leaving was due to redundancy - the youngest was going to go to Nursery.
January to May 2016 - Maternity Leave.
February 2009 to January 2016 - Sole charge of two boys. I started when the oldest was just six months old and finished when the youngest was five years old. I was made redundant due to both the boys being at full time school. This also co-insided with my Maternity leave and therefore created a natural break. My son was born in December 2015.
My experience has mainly been with under sevens, particularly with young babies and toddlers, but I have also looked after older children too.

Day rates/weekend rates/overnight rates can be mutually agreed. Fees are representative of my qualifications and experience for the Hertfordshire/Cambridgeshire area.
