About Me
Hi we are a very animal loving family and anyone who joins us would need to love animals! We range from dogs to guinea pigs rabbits tortoises snake bearded dragons hedgehogs And two horses to add to the mix! I have two boys one 11 and 5 Our youngest has been diagnosed with autism and is pre verbal. We are a young happy couple who are very laid back and only want the very best for our boys. You will Need to like dogs as have four large dogs who are all very friendly. We also have snakes and bearded dragons!
My Requirements
Hi everyone we have recently moved to the area and our looking at the possibilities of finding a sen teacher or childminder to help us from summer time onwards for potentially a year and maybe more. We are struggling to get a school placing and I’m finding my self wondering if the home school is a better option for him.
I am looking for someone either male or female (it wouldn’t let me select both!) who is well versed in asd in young children and getting him to talk and use his words. My youngest son is 5 and is pre verbal he has been in nursery and has thrived with his 1-2-1. He loves the outdoors and swimming animals and loves to explore and climb and he loves his books. I really need someone who as well can bring out his capabilities what ever they may be, but who can also be someone who he can trust and see that our world is not that scary. I really really want someone who is positive fun outgoing and ready to accept my boy for who he is and help him. He is truly a wonderful little boy with so much to offer. Enjoying the outdoors is a must as I don’t want him stuck indoors all day. Hours and days can be discussed and I can be flexible for the right person.
