About Me
I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder with graded GOOD .
I love working with the children and provide a homely environment and fun activities .
I have over ten years’ of experience working in a different settings including Nursrey ,Schools and children centers(Sure start) also twelve years of experience of my own children.
I follow EYFS statutory frame work. My setting is well equiped/toys. Also provide an environment where children feel safe, secure and valued so that they can in turn develop their potential through learning, playing and socialising in a happy and fun atmosphere.
I arrange outings within our local area.
I attend regular training courses to keep up to date with current legislation and childcare practice.
I provide 15 / 30 hours free funding for 9 months,2,3&4 years old who are eligible.

My daughter is always so excited to go and see Tina! And trust me, she's a very picky 4-years-old :D Tina has a wonderful warm approach and children just love her; but she's also very professional, really knowledgable, creative and pays a lot of attention to each child in her care, always providing parents with a report on their child's progress, achievements, talents and anything that needs to be shared, that might have come up during the day. I'd highly recommend her!
Ps. all the diplomas and certificates are displayed in her house, you can view when you bring your child. ;)

My son, Marco, has been under Tina's care for 7 months and we couldn't be happier with his development. Tina is exceptionally kind, nurturing, flexible and patient. She and her family have been a second family to my boy. Marco loves going to hers and he is always happy when we pick him up. Tina is very honest and always gives us a daily report on our little one's activities. She ensures children's routines are followed and she allows many rooms of her home to be used by the children, giving them space to explore and learn. She also frequently takes them out for fresh air and playing at the park. I couldn't ask for a better setting for my little one to learn and grow. I'm thrilled we have found her.

my daughter is with Tina since October 2015 and I could see a lot of development in Esther. Tina gets engaged with children and teaching them, playing and have a lot of fun indoors and outdoors. She always feedback what they did in the day and what they are planning to do next. She's very professional, when I came to visit her first time - she answered all necessary questions and "tick all boxes". My daughter is happy there and having friends in Tina's house.

My son started going to Tinytot . I was confused when I started my search for a child care -child-minder/ nursery. I have visited few child-minders/nurseries, all seemed fine and were capable of looking after children however; I am Impressed with Tina. Tina is very caring and open and immediately wanted to engage with my son.I knew within few minutes that I wanted Tina to look after my son. My son was very shy with new people. During his time in Tiny tot, he made some great friends with the other children .Tina has really brought him out of his shell and his interpersonal skills have grown enormously; this is due to her experience of nursery, hard work and patience. Tina keeps the children entertained with range of activities/toys and trips to the local places, playgroup and park. Tina was also very flexible . She had, on so many occasions, helped me when I got stuck- late from work, needing a babysitter at my house and even having the my son to sleep at her house!
Unfortunately we have to moved.I feel very lucky to have found Tina to look after my son as I was able to get on with my day secure in the knowledge that my son was in safe hand and being well looked after. My husband and I were able to meet her family and were really impressed by how friendly and polite her children were.
Thank you soooooo much from bottom of my heart; we really appreciate your hard work and help. We will miss you and your family very much.

Hi parents,
Our little one is been a while with Tina and We can assure you that Tina is amazing. What Chiara is been learning with her is just impressive. Tina cares a lot about the development of the children and she always does fun activity in order that they can learn while playing. We have been lucky that we end up with Tina, we live in Croydon and for us is a proper journey to go in Wimbledon but I can tell you... is really worth it.

My son has been with Tina since he was 10 months old till 2 years and 2 months.
Tina and her family just like a second family to my son.
My son wake up every morning and ask to go to Tina's even on the weekend.
Tina is gentle, kind and follow all your request about your child.
I am highly recommend Tina if you are not only just looking for a Childminder but a warm family atmosphere for your child.

Tina has been looking after our toddler since he was just over a year old. He was going for 2/3 hours a day then had a break of a few months while I was on maternity leave with my 2nd child. Then she took him on again for 4 hours one day.
Shes very flexible and always willing to help, even looked after him for awhile when I went into labour as we have no family down here. He loves her and always leaves with a kiss and a goodbye :)

My two boys (4 and 6) are very happy with Tina, and I always feel confident and safe leaving them with her. She is very kind and gentle, and always talks to them at their level. My youngest can sometimes be quite shy, but she brings him out of his shell, and always finds something to play with, or read, that he will want to join in with. I can highly recommend her to care for children.

I was in a very unpleasant position where I had to find a childminder for my 9 month old baby in a very short notice. And I was so extremely lucky to find Tina. She is a very nice person herself with lots of certificates and checks and etc... I also met her family and can assure you that they all are very polite,intelligent and respectful people. The playing area for kids looks great and seems to have lots of different activities, learning opportunities and so on. For me it was very important to settle my son down in a new environment and also English is an issue, as at home we only speak Russian. Everyday Tina is doing great job settling him down and it's been one week since we started and he feels comfortable and have lots of fun with her. We will soon go on full time with Tina and I am really happy about it! She is really great. If you have any question, please ask!
