My name is Maryanne and I am a Ofsted registered, professional Nanny. I AM NO LONGER AVAILABLE DURING THE WEEK DAYS.
I am a qualified nanny seeking live out employment with one or two children within 2 miles SE11 or SM3 or within walking distance on the Northern Line network. I have worked as a nanny for over ten years providing care before and after school as well as working 8-6 for families with children of all ages including newborn babies. I have also provided overnight care for a newborn baby, potty trained toddlers, supported school age children.
I am a mother of two children aged 26 and 21. I enjoy working with children and have 17 years experience working in primary schools with children of all ages.
I enjoy organising creative activities and cooking as well as outdoor activities to parks, museums soft play areas etc.
My Experience
I have worked in primary school for seventeen years as a teaching assistant and as a private nanny out of school hours. I have also been employed as a manager of a breakfast and after school club for my previous employer.
I hold a up to date DBS certificate, a first aid qualification and I can provide excellent references.
I have also work as a support carer for a foster parent and looked after a baby for extended periods when necessary and provide respite care for foster children when I am available.
I have child care qualification, ofsted registered and I can provide excellent contactable references from all the families I have worked with.

Maryanne is a gem. Extremely knowledgeable, caring, warm and kind she is a perfect nanny. She babysat for our newborn a few times, we would have her with us any time.

Maryanne has been a god send for us as a family, she is a very knowledgeable nanny and my daughter absolutely loves her. She always gives useful suggestions on how things can be changed to best fit your child’s needs which we most appreciated. She is very competent, adaptable, kind and gentle in her approach. She has done wonders with our daughters potty-training with a sensitive approach. Maryanne has impressive culinary skills and her variety of dishes go down a treat with our daughter.

Thank you very much for your kind words Sandeep. I am blessed to be doing what I enjoy with lovey families like yourselves.
I enjoyed working with Maryanne because of her wide experience - as a new mum, I learnt a lot from her, especially about what facilities are available in the local area. I also got reassurance and advice about establishing our routine. My one-year old always had fun with Maryanne and felt confident stepping out with her from the get-go. She always asked appropriate questions to ensure she was providing the service that I needed. And she was always early!
