Trish has been with us 2 days a week since I had to return to work when our daughter was 3 months old. She has been a real rock to the whole family, and with her extensive experience an ideal person to bounce ideas and questions off when we are lacking in certainty. She has helped with starting solids, and kept up the routine we were putting in place, whilst gently giving advice and guidance during various transition phases as our daughter has grown.

She is now 10 months and is visibly excited (and vocal!) when Trish arrives. They obviously have a great time together and a wonderful bond. Various activities include walks, popping to the shops, attending monkey music classes and swimming together. A real benefit for us is how Trish also takes great care of our dog when she is here, who also loves their days together.

Trish is now starting to help with some increasingly required discipline as our daughter cheekily is feeling out boundaries. Whilst being utterly professional and trustworthy, Trish clearly also cares deeply about our little girl, her happiness and welfare. We could not ask for more.
