About Me
Hi all mums, dads and carers
I am a registered childminder in Llan-yr-Afon area of Cwmbran.
I am registered with the CIW, Torfaen Borough Council.

I have 4 children of my own aged between 30 and 43, and 11 grandchildren.
I have been registered childminder for a great number of years and before that worked as a volunteer in a Cwmbran infants school. I also have volunteered for Surestart.
I did have a break where I worked for a bank for 5 years.
I am honest and very reliable and believe in family values and manners.
I do not smoke and am teetotal
I can care for children full time and part-time. I work 5 days a week from 7am until 6pm.
I can also care for just a few hours per week if needed.
We do lots of activity's such as cooking, painting as well as visiting the local boating lake, park and shops.

My Experience
I have experience in autism and the concerns this brings not only to the child but to the family also. I have had good reports in bringing out the best in children I look after.
I am proud to have nurtured a young child whose parents were told he would not be able to go through main stream school when he becomes of school age.
He was with me for just over 2 years before infants and with my encouragement, love and care, he not only went through mainstream infants and juniors but has coming to the end of senior school.
I have a recommondation letter from parents, who still thank me to this day.
I treat all children under my care as individuals and nurture them to be strong and loving. I believe in family values and endevour to guide each child to be a very happy and confident individual.
I just love all children and want to set them on the road of life with the very best begining, which I know I can give.
I have had many very happy parents of children I have raised, thank me for the wonderful start in life their child/children have had when in my care before school.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
Please ask ... very competitive
I do not charge a flat fee for the week but by the hour.
I do not charge a retention fee, I only charge for the time the child/children are with me.
