About Me
Hi,
My name is Sue and I live and childmind in Greenhill S8.
I live in a detached home where I have lived for 23 years. Here I provide a safe, warm, loving and stimulating environment for the children I care for and have a large garden with decked area for outdoor play. Through the week we attend local playgroups and visit softplay centres where the children have lots of fun.
I understand how difficult it is for parents to leave their child with a childminder and return to work. I will work with you to ensure your child is settled and that you are happy with the care that I am to provide.
My service provides :
>care from baby through to secondary school
>care before and after school, including school and pre-school runs
>regular outings/meetings with other minders as a group with the children
>developmental records
>full-time and part-time contracts
My Experience
I am a fully Ofsted registered child minder with 24 years experience, trained by the Local Authority Children's Service and I have the experience and knowledge of raising my own 3 children!
I am insured with the National Childminders Association (PACEY)
I was awarded a 'strong Good' grading at my last Ofsted inspection, September 2022.
I care for children from all cultural backgrounds.
I have some experience of special needs care (prada willy) and can care for vegetarian diets, food intolerances and allergies etc.
My Qualifications
I hold an up-to-date First Aid Certificate which is renewed every 3 years
I hold an up-to-date Safeguarding Certificate which is renewed every 3 years
My Availability
7.30 - 6.00 Monday - Friday
Greenhill school drop off 8.45 am and collect 3.00 pm
Greenhill Village Pre-School drop offs and pick ups.
