About Me
Hi, my name is Sarah and i live on a quiet cul-di-sac in the Audenshaw area. I am married with 2 children of my own aged 16 and 20, both boys. My husband and eldest son are also CRB checked.
I am a registered childminder that has previously worked as a nursery nurse in a private day nursery with experience of working with children from birth-5 years. My aim is to provide a happy, warm environment where children can learn, play and develop at their own pace.
I am a non smoker. I hold a full driving licence and do drive.
I live close to local carer/child groups and to a local park situated at Ryecroft Hall.
I have a fully equiped garden with a slide, sand/water tray, Cozy Coupe Car, Children's tools for digging and exploring and scooters and ride-ons
I follow the Early Years Foundation planning and assessments for all children under 5, where observations and photos will be taken in order for me to track children's progress.
All children will be encouraged to take part in various activities throughout the day wether it be drawing, painting, messy play, dressing up, role play, small world play, reading etc.
I have a grade 5 rating aswell for Food Standards.
I do school drop off/collection from Audenshaw Primary School, Audenshaw.

My Experience
I have been a registered Childminder for 13 years and have had 3 Ofsted inspections where i received the rating of GOOD. I have also worked as a nursery nurse in a private day nursery where I cared for children from birth-5 years. During my time in the nursery I was also a designated Safeguarding Officer.
I have also gained experience of looking after children with me having 2 children of my own.
I hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce and I have also received Basic Epilepsy Training amongst other training.
