About Me
I am a young at heart 59 year old woman, very bubbly, honest, reliable and trustworthy. My husband and I have lived in Grantham for 8 years and I have 2 children age 31 and 27. I love walking, socialising, cooking, baking, gardening and exercise when I have the time.
I moved to Barrowby Lodge, Grantham 8 years ago and now work in Grantham and surrounding areas. I am also prepared to travel further afield.
My Experience
I have over 20 years experience working with children as well as bringing up my own.
I worked in a private day care nursery for 9 years working as a Nursery Nurse and then worked my way up to room leader and then 3rd in charge of the nursery.
I worked with children from birth to 5 but have experience with older children too.
As of June 2010 I changed my job and worked as a nanny. Iv looked after many families doing pick-ups from school and nursery, giving tea/dinner and then carrying out various activities with the children till parents arrive home.
The other families I have been a sole care nanny doing 10.5/12+ hours each day starting early morning till 6/7.30pm and later. I am also very flexible and will always cater for your needs obviously with advance notice but I do not do over night work. I also have lots of experience with newborns and potty training.
I provide a professional level of care to children, ensuring that all their needs are met. I take great pride in the level of care I can give.
I will also educate your children in the basics of early years education with various educational materials and carry out many craft activities.
I will promote acceptable behaviour with your children, to be polite and respectful, gain the knowledge and understanding of the world around us through outings to parks, playgrounds, soft play and toddler groups etc and most importantly ensure your children are happy and having lots of fun and laughter.
I AM A SELF-EMPLOYED NANNY and available. I need advance notice and will do my best to help you.

My Fees
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (net)
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
I am a self employed nanny.
£16.00 per hour day time
£18.00 per hour for babysitting, working after 6pm, weekends and bank holidays.
