About Me
I am married and have three children of my own, a daughter who is 2 years old, a son who is 11 years old and a daughter aged 14 years old. I am a Ofsted registered childminder (graded Good on inspection) and also a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY).
I and my staff not only simply comply with the statutory requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) I strive to provide an excellent service that meets parents needs whilst ensuring a safe, caring, loving and enjoyable learning environment for the children.
I am able to work with children of all ages and abilities, I can observe, assess and plan stimulating and challenging activities for the children. I promote positive relationships between myself, parents and all other carers involved with the children's care to ensure that consistency of care and routines are provided to children. I offer a range of communication methods to ensure parents are being informed of their child's health, growth and learning development.
I have a spacious home with a good sized garden and plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, especially messy play, Visiting local parks, farms, going on outings which are based on my children's interests. I attend and run local playgroup and messy play session and often visit soft play centres weekly. My service includes the children’s meals depending on their dietary requirements.
My Experience
I have a total of 18 years childcare experience. Throughout my career, I have worked in many childcare services including nurseries and schools, youth provisions and with other childminder’s. Throughout my career in childcare I have acquired many qualifications and training courses to further my knowledge, and improve my professional practice.

I was so thrilled to find Trish to look after our daughter Isabella (from 11 months old). Trish was always safe, trusted and kind with the little ones - Isabella loved being with her and her assistant Jackie. Trish taught Bella so much and I'm genuinely really sad to be leaving Little Royals as we're moving home to be closer to family. Isabella had such a lovely time in Trish's care and we couldn't have asked for a better childminder! ❤️

Patricia and Jackie have provided a loving environment for my 2 year old son for over a year. Unfortunately we have had to change childminders due to my new job location and LTNs making the drop off too long and I'm very upset to have to move him. My son settled really quickly, Patricia's warmth radiates from her and I never worried about my son whilst he was with her. Patricia provides a home from home and welcomed my son into her home and family. Patricia provides excelllent stimulation with library trips, park trips and lots of painting....my son loved it! We will miss her and Jackie dearly.

We were so worried about handing our daughter over to someone else to care for but we were so incredibly lucky to have found Trish!
From the very start she looked after our little one with so much care and attention. Our little girl thrived with Trish and Jacqui and felt like she was part of the family. She developed so well in their care and is a strong, confident, fun-loving and caring child largely because of the time she spent at Trish’s.
They do lots of activities and go out and about to soft play and the park. Most days our daughter would come home with some crafts she made and beautiful gifts for mothers’ and fathers’ day, Christmas, Easter etc.
The food is top notch and really broadened our little one’s pallette! She eats everything now!
We had to leave London and one of our biggest concerns was if we could bear to leave Trish’s! We all miss Trish, her family and Jacqui so much!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her as a childminder- in fact I’d go as far as to say that if you’re lucky enough to get a space snap it up ASAP because you’re very lucky!

When you are looking for a childminder/ nursery place it is the most scariest thing, especially when you are first time parents and in a lockdown situation. I searched a few nurseries but nothing was the right fit until I found “Auntie Trish!”. This amazing, personable, caring , super organised childminder literally has helped our little family strive to its best since September 2020. My 2 and a half year old daughter and 1 year old son have thrived in Auntie Trish’s care and we have only improved as new parents through her continued support, kindness and guidance. Nothing is too much trouble for Trish and she cares about you all as a community. The children are like a family which in London if you have limited family support like we did is so helpful! Her childminding settings are five star rating. The space setting is incredible, always super clean and fun! Every day I would get pictures of Mali and Jac doing the most fun, creative, social activities whether it was on a rainy day or an outing around the local community. I would never need to worry about meals or snacks they were always delicious, nutritional and in fact I would relish if there were any leftovers for mummy to have, if I needed to pick up the little ones early before dinner ocassionally. The children are very lucky. Patricia cares about the whole picture for the development of your child their mental, physical and social well-being and will always check in with you as a family. They say some people were born to be in a role and she most certainly was born to be a fabulous childminder and nurture and develop children. We sadly are leaving the country now and whilst we are sad about leaving London , we are mostly upset about is if we will ever have anyone as good as Auntie Trish! She really is a gem 💎 in South London and we know our two little people have had the best start due to her encouragement, guidance and love. I would not hesitate to put my children in her care if I returned to London! As my partner always says #inTrishwetrust

It was an absolute pleasure watching my “Little Handbag” grow. She’s always been so happy and full of beans. We will definitely miss little “Velcro” lol
You guys have been amazing to work with over the years and have truly supported me in supporting, teaching and caring for the children. Although I’ll miss you all, I’m happy your moving to greener pastures.

Patricia has looked after our son for two years. The care provided has been excellent and she provides a wide variety of activities for the children, including days out and classes. She does lots of arts and crafts with him including handmade gifts for fathers/Mother’s Day and birthdays. Patricia provides balanced and varied meals and we were always confident that our son would eat well and it would be nutritional. Patricia’s setting is good with a large variety of toys and plenty of outdoor space, and Furzedown Rec being moments away is an added bonus. Also, Patricia’s assistant Jacqui is fantastic with the children

My little boy was with Patricia for a short period of time but only because we were moving away from the area. Having seen how he was with Patricia and her assistant Jacqui at the end of each day and how happy he was in photos taken during his time there, I know we would have wanted him to stay for much longer. Patricia offers a wonderful home from home environment and experience for the children in her care. Engaging activities, interesting visitors and local trips out; healthy and nutritious meals; a great garden for the children to explore and all whilst building strong bonds with the children she is taking care of. Patricia has set the bar high for any future childminders or childcare options we will be looking into in our new neighbourhood.

We will surely miss our little dancing star. For the short time he’s been with us he’s made us laugh abundantly, he’s loving and full of character. Sending lots of kisses and squeezes x
Our two boys use to go to Patricia for a few days a week and had a wonderful time. Patricia organised lots of outings and activities and the boys always came home laden with arts and crafts and telling tales of happy, active days. Would highly recommend.

Trish is very friendly and she really looked after my 2y old daughter. I was very nervous when I met her and seen her setting I got satisfaction. I am happy with her care. Highly recommended.

Trish has been an amazing supportive childminder to my son over the last year. Having a baby during the pandemic was very daunting and me very nervous about returning to work and who I would leave my clingy son with. Trish provided a home away from home, where my son was able to flourish and feel safe. She provides healthy well balanced meals and snacks. She takes the children on trips to the farm, the park, softplay, library and learning centers. I am so pleased with the progress my son has made in his development and would recommend Trish to any mum looking for a nurturing childminder!

My son has been with Patricia since he was 10months old. I felt being cared for by a childminder was the best option for him as he was not yet walking and needed extra attention a nursery could not offer.
He is now 2 years old and has developed into a loving, confident and clever boy thanks to Patricia’s love and care.
She is excellent with all the children she cares for and makes them feel part of a big family so my child always felt secure.
Returning to work knowing my son was in her care was a great peace of mind.
He regularly attended different classes with her so developed good social skills. Patricia is also very creative with the various activities she arranges for the children to do at her home- it is a great environment for your child to be in to thrive, learn and grow.
I cannot rate her highly enough!
