About Me
Hello,
I am kimberley. I am a fully insured level 3 qualified Outstanding Ofsted registered childminder with 16 years experience of working with children. I have 2 of my own children aged 12 & 16. I can offer an inviting, safe and caring environment with lots of love and laughter. I strive to make the children feel loved and welcomed as part of my family.
I was inspected in February 2024 with a grading of 'outstanding' ~ 'the children thrive in this incredible setting. The childminder has created a safe, warm and welcoming environment where children are given every opportunity to florish (Ofsted 2024)
I run wrap around care for St. Andrews school and the park pre-school.
I offer different activities from gardening, soft play and creative activities in my home to stimulate children from 4months plus. I offer play based learning opportunities in line with a child's development helping them to move on to their next steps.

Both our children are cared for by Kimberly (and hopefully our 3rd too shortly) and we struggle to find the words to express how brilliant she is. Her setting really goes well beyond 'just childcare' - with so many opportunities, trips and activities offered. Our son and daughter absolutely love Kimberly (as do we!) and have learnt so much whilst they are with her.
Over and above all of this, Kimberly is a lovely person who always goes above and beyond for the families she works with. An amazing Childminder!

My daughter started two full days a week with Kimberly a few weeks ago and I can’t recommend her enough. Arabella is so excited to see Kimberly and chants her name on the drive over which I feel says it all. Kimberly keeps the kids active with lots of trips outside the house as well as engaged with activities at home and she also supports their learning. I love that my daughter is so happy to be there and Kimberly is also just really lovely and friendly too.

Our daughter has been with Kimberley for a couple of months, but she is amazing! I feel very at ease that our daughter is being well looked after! I love reading about what she gets up to in her diary everyday. Kimberley is very kind and definitely knows her stuff, I love how much she cares for the children, we’d highly recommended Kimberley!

I cannot recommend Kimberley highly enough; my little ones absolutely love her! Kimberley is an outstanding childminder who ensures everyday is fun and exciting for those in her care - whether that is activities at home or on trips to the park, soft play, toddler groups or other local attractions. Kimberley is everything you’d want from someone looking after your children - kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful, professional, fun, caring and just totally brilliant!

My son has been with Kimberly for over 3 years now and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Her dedication, care and devotion goes above and beyond and has totally exceeded my expectations of what quality childcare looks like. Her setting is like a home from home and provides a warm, welcoming environment and atmosphere for all the children. Our son has become a confident, happy, independent little boy which is a credit to the time Kimberly spends encouraging and supporting him to learn and develop. Kimberly is kind, caring and compassionate and a true professional in her field. I would highly recommend Kimberley to any one looking for the best quality childcare.

I can’t reccommend Kimberley, Kinza and Jodie enough! When I first started looking at childcare I was a Mum to a 9month old, I viewed nursery after nursery and never felt they were right for us. I came on this website wondering whether I should decline the job offer I had worked so hard for because I worried my son wouldn’t settle, then I found Kimberley and my whole world changed. My clingy, crying mummy’s boy found new confidence, independence and didn’t once cry when I left! My son not only asks to go to Kimberley’s every Sat, his speech, manners and emotional intelligence is outstanding and as much as I’d like to think it was my parenting, I know a lot of this stems from Kimberley and the girls. He has been with the team since he was a baby and from the moment I walked in I knew Kimberley and the team would love him the same way I do. They’re his 2nd Mums and every day I’m reassured he’s happy. You’re all doing amazing for the kids. Would HIGHLY recommend

My 2 year old son absolutely loves going to Kimberely's. He is so happy when he dropped off in the morning and bounces in to play with his friends. Me and my husband are so impressed with the care that Kimberely and Kinza give. The children are involved in so many activities and are always stimulated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kimberely. She clearly loves the children she looks after and from a practical point of view she is able to be flexible which helps immensely as I am a shift worker.

This is the first time I have had to use childcare outside of my family and choosing Kimberley was the best decision we ever made! I knew within 5 minuts of meeting her that my 1 year old felt comfortable in the house. She has now been there over a year and has come on leaps and bounds. She absolutely loves Kimberley, her assistant Kinza and all the family. Not only is Kimberley great for my daughter she is always there to give me support and advice with situations O didnt face with my first daughter. You will never regret choosing Kimberley to take care of your children!

I have never used a childminder before so I was quite worried about leaving my 6 month old for the first time after returning to work. Kimberley and Kinza were the best decision I made. They do so much for the children they look after and I cannot thank them enough. Isabelle loves them both and really enjoys her time there. I can see that Kimberley puts a lot of thought and effort into everything she does for the children she looks after. I would not use anyone else. Thanks ladies you are the best x

After my maternity leave had finished I was very worried about leaving my child with someone else. Kimberley came highly recommended by my friends and also on social media. Now when my child comes home they are extremely happy and excited to tell me what they have done that day and is always asking "when can we go back to kimberleys again?".
