I am very sad to see someone has spent the time to write such an unfair and misleading review of Serpil on such a public site. In my personal opinion these sorts of matters should be dealt with privately.

However I also wanted to add that Serpil looks after both my 2 children on a part time basis and I have witnessed nothing but excellent childcare. Her home is immaculate and extremely spacious with every toy imaginable available to children of alll ages. Both my children settled in instantly and quickly built a great rapport with both Serpil and her lovely assistant. I would be happy to recommend her childcare services to anyone.

I hope that you would spend the time to visit Serpil yourself and see with your own eyes what a fantastic environment our children are in and how happy they are with her.
