I have known Serpil for around five years, first as my neighbour's au pair and then as a childminder and baby sitter for my two children who are now aged 6 and 4. My boys love Serpil and talk about her when they haven't seen her for a while. I work irregular hours and so we do not use Serpil at regular times. She is always my first call when I have to work but she fits us in only when she can so I was surprised to read about spacing issues. I know that she is always someone who takes their job seriously and she is also someone who genuinely loves being around children.
