My daughter began with Serpil when she was just over a year old. Leaving a crying child is incredibly hard but when Serpil would send me videos minutes later of her playing the keyboard and happily singing away all worries vanished! After a few sessions the tears stopped and more often than not my little one wouldn't even bother to kiss me goodbye!! Serpil dealt with my little girls severe food allergies and potty training with absolute ease. I know cuddles were given freely and my daughter was always content and happy. Trusting your precious child with a stranger is a real struggle but I would happily recommend Serpil as an excellent childminder, I'm so grateful that she took care of our baby so well.
