Serpil and her mum looked after my son from just before his first birthday, until he went to nursery at two and a half. He absolutely adored both of them, and we felt confident leaving our child in their care.

I completely agree with the other reviews - Serpil is calm, patient and loving with the children. Our son ate, slept and behaved better at Serpil's than in any other setting.

I wanted to add one more thing. When our nursery plans fell through, Sepril continued to look after our son even though we had officially given her notice. She did this for several months while we looked for another nursery place.

This wasn't the first time that she had saved our skins. On several occasions, she took in our son, sometimes at the last minute, so that my husband or I could deal with some work emergency. We both work full time, and we really appreciated Serpil's flexibility.
