My name is Simona Lorincz , I'm a registered childminder, and I live in Telford, Shawbirch area with my husband, who is my registered assistant and our children Edward 19 years old and Alexander 17 years old.
I have been an Ofsted registered childminder for over 14 years, providing excellent quality care for children in a friendly, stimulating, and safe home environment.
I have been graded Good 2 times and Outstanding ones by Ofsted.
My main aim is to encourage and enable children to develop in their early years and do all that I can to ensure that they have the best possible start in life.
I like to encourage learning in a fun, interactive, safe, home style environment and aim to ensure that each child reaches their full potential.
I have a large spacious house with a large garden and a dedicated play room with lots of resources to provide an inviting environment allowing children to have a curiosity approach and lots of freedom to explore open ended educational resource.
I provide stimulating resources and activities for your child’s age and stage of development, such as loose parts, role play, arts and crafts, music making, singing, dancing, storytelling, dressing up, cooking and baking, messy play, sensory play and many more. We have lots of toys that support creativity and imagination.
We can play outside all year round in a secure, enclosed garden with a patio and lawn. We have a pergola which gives is the possibility to be outdoors even in a wet days.
There’s a slide, mud kitchen, playhouse, sandpit, water table, gardening, natural resources, and selection of bikes, scooters, and rides on toys.
I also take the children on adventures such as outings to local gardens and parks, the library, farms, woods, soft play walks and nature trails around the lake and woodland, National Trust visits, and other local attractions and play groups.
Activities and outings will be planned regularly to help your child learn and progress through the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, giving the same learning and development opportunities as any nursery but in a calm and comfortable home setting where your child can feel safe, settled, and secure. Being amongst a smaller group of children means I can give more one to one attention and match your home routine wherever possible.

I have been childminding for over 15 years now, and I can provide written testimonials from satisfied parents. I am also equipped with many years of motherhood.
I have continually kept up my training and development to enable to do my job to the best of my ability ensuring the best knowledgeable care for the children in my setting and also to be up to date with best practices and updates to legislation.
I work within the E Y F S, each child’s development is observed assessed, and plans are put into action to move the child’s development forward.

I have a full / part-time vacancy.
My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 5.30 pm, but i am happy to consider out of hours, weekends, and overnight stays to suit parent's needs.

With our bilingual environment, you helped our kids to develop good skills for their language communication.
We really appreciate all the trips to different locations and activities that had enriched our kid's awareness and sense of the world.

Couldn’t ask for anything more. Our twins have been with Simona and her husband for over a year and more than just childminders they have become our friends. The care is amazing, the kids love going and they do so many wonderful outings and trips. They push for good manners, independence and respect from the girls every day. This isn’t just a business to them it’s letting the children in to their lives as part of their family.
Highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed.

Our son has been with Simona since his first birthday, he is almost 2, and we couldn't be happier with Simona and her husband who take care of him. the only thing that matters to us as parents is that our son feels happy, comfortable and safe when he is not with us, we are not exaggerating when we say that he is in the best place with the best people not only to take care of him, there are many things that our son has been able to develop in this time, Simona is a very attentive, professional and careful person, the extra? As if that were not enough, she adapts to your needs and schedule.
We have no experience with other childcare, but we are absolutely convinced that we chose the right one.

My daughter has been with Simona since she was 1 year old time have flow and she is 2,5 years now
Since the first day the connection she made with Simona was incredible, She now is so confident and has grown in all aspect,
The way how Simona create independency on child’s is amazing, You can see easily the love she prints in every moments my daughter can not be happier anywhere and the relief this is giving to us as a parents, it is the best
