About Me
Hi my name is Linda, I live in Alderney, Parkstone with my husband. I am an accredited registered Ofsted childminders offering a good quality friendly family environment, my husband is registered as my assistant. We have a dedicated playroom, separate sleeping areas and lovely secure garden with fish pond. We will have regular days out to places like local parks and beaches, Farmer Palmers, music and toddler groups, libraries, childrens centres, soft play centres etc
My Experience
I have many years of experience working with children and have also fostered for over 10 years.
We regularly attend training courses and below are some of the training we have attended: senco, safeguarding, positive approaches to challenging behaviour, boogie mites, physical development, paediatric first aid.
We currently do school pick ups from St Marks CE Primary School.
I am registered to offer the Government funding entitlements for children aged over 9 months old

Linda has looked after 3 of my children over a number of years and I have seen her with other people's children at a toddler group. I trust her completely. She has been wonderful with the kids and given them so much care, fun and learning. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Linda looked after my daughter for nearly 10yrs, Initially for day care and then for school pick ups. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She’s honest, caring, reliable, and flexible. My daughter has loved going there, to the point that when she was little it would take me about an hour to get her to leave! My daughter enjoyed a wide range of activities while she was there, from walks in the woods, playgroups, swimming to arts and crafts. Linda (and her daughter Katherine) put things in place to ensure that Abi was school ready when the time came, and her progress was great. I feel very lucky that I found them! My daughter starts secondary school in September and I know she will miss not seeing them every week ❤️

Thanks for the lovely review, we are all going to miss Abi, but we're looking forward to lots of catch ups :)
Linda and Katherine have been Amazing! They have looked after both my children for a total of 3 and a half years and I couldn't be happier with the love and care they have offered to my babies. They spend lots of time out and about and also encourage the children to develop their independence skills. I would highly recommend them as childminders and they definitely offer a home from home feel. We will all really miss them.

I have been taking my girls to Linda and Katherine's since 2012 and we are due to leave them soon due to the youngest starting school.
The are amazing,the kids always had fun with them due to the vast range of activities they do during the day. The space is the garden is amazing with the pond and plenty of outdoor toys to keep them busy.
They offer a pick up service which is very handy and they have always been very flexible.
We will definitely miss them!!

I can't recommend Linda and Katherine enough. My 2 year old has been going since she was 10 months old and my 1 year old has been there for nearly 4 months. The thing I love best about them is how they always take them out to toddler groups, the farm or the beach when it's nice. They are very loving people and my children have never cried once when I have dropped them off. They simply provide outstanding childcare.

My little lady has been with Linda and Katherine for almost a year. Can't praise them enough, my daughters development is just amazing since she has been with these ladies. They are always taking the children out or doing arts and crafts. My daughter loves going to them . Very warm and friendly people. Thank you
