Hi, just a quick review for Simone. I have use her service so far for babysitting but also looking forward for childminding. I can say that she is a very reliable person and responds very quick. She has a good setting environment. Very nice lady with good communication. Always upfront and answer all your questions without hesitations. I hired her service for an overnight childcare at her place. Everything went fine, no issue at all. Very caring person. I won't hesitate to recommend that person.

Well simones tots is just how i imagined, this lady has for the duration of over 5 years been in my life and that of my childrens. I have been using her service for a number of years and never have i experienced any faults in how she runs her business or looked after my 2 children. Im going back to when my children first started when she was operating in tulse hill till her progressive move to streatham. I had never experienced any lack of communication in terms of her refund policy which is quite simple really and recieved mine at the time straightaway. I work full time whereas my children will be under her care for the most part. They bring home work that show how they are learning and achievements being made. I am always kept up to speed on any progress or issues considerably quick. Our children are very important and to have had a childminder that is there every step of the way has satisfied myself n that of my partner. Our children love being around simone and the rest of the children she has registered. My children are never bored but are more likely to want to stay and play/learn after the booked hours. If the children are happy then so should we. Simones policys are highly justified and a very demanding organisation so yes we do need to be sure as parents we are punctual and understanding of this. Simones tots provides a safe & fun environment for children with the big garden and conservatory she has. Kids will love being there in summer!. Simone conducts herself with much respect and has never stepped out of her normal tone when dealing with the children or myself. Id like to thank her again and very happy in continuing to use her applaudable service. *FOR ALL WORKING PARENTS* this is the place i assure you!!!! P.s she is not far from streatham common station so please check your own travel requirements before applying. Thank you.

I’ve been taking my son to Simone for over an Year now. He is enjoying his time with her. There are a lot of activities to keep them busy and learning and every so often I receive a full report, a very colourful file for us to keep. His best friend is Simone’s youngest daughter:). I had some problems with his health and I am very pleased to say I have received full support from Simone. She is flexible and accommodating, dedicated to her job and has plenty of patience. She offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and I can say I have the impression that my son enjoys more her meals then mine, him being a fussy eater. I can’t be more pleased with my choice. Everything is stated in the contract all clear, payment policy is clear, flexible and easy to manage. She has risk assessments in place and emergency policies in case of an accident. I appreciated her renovating her home in order to give the children in her care more space to play. There was not one time when I felt she was less then respectful to me, never had arguments or misunderstandings. I know where I stand with her, my child is very happy there, always smiling and chatting along when I pick him up. That’s all that matters to me. I will definitely recommend her!!

My child was partime with Simone for about four months. I can say that my daughter enjoyed it there and compiled a folder of some interesting work, However I did feel at times that my child was bored as there were not enough children the same age. There was one occasion where Simone was sick and she had no back up which meant I had to take time out of work at the last minute. You might want to check this with her during yout initial chat.
Also I felt Simone could be rather aggressive and raised her voice in an arguementative manner to me in the presence of her own children and mine, it is as actually at that point I decided I needed to get my child out of that environment and left her care. You might want to also chat to her about her so called refund policy as she actually kept my two weeks deposit despite me not owing any money. She clearly states that this deposit is refunded once notice period is given and no fees outstanding which I paid up completely. Looks like she desperately needed that cash ,,, good luck to her . She uses this two weeks deposit for your last two weeks fees .. ?.. which is rather odd and not in the written contract..there was no discussion or mention of this at any stages and I owed no fees. .. like I said good luck to that bad bit of business..
Also you might want to think twice about signing up to her with her £1 a minute late charge.. for working parents I might add. I recommend you shop around there are loads of childminders in Streatham more reasonable I’m sure.. I also felt the home was too far from the station ,, so you might want to check distance too..

Thank you for your review, very confused as to why you'd write all of this. I just called to talk this all over with you but you put the phone down on me.
You've received your refund the next working day as you've even stated, we given you a free scooter and replacement buggy when yours buggy went missing Free of charge.
In regards to late fees I only charged you once barring in mind you have been late many times. I have a family of 4 kids and organise myself around work and family life.
Within childcare I can only take on children that request my service not children to match other children age, most children can play and learn with children of many different ages.
My services is not about the money but the well being and safeguarding of the children

I have been taking my boys to Simone's only for a couple of months as we then had to move but I wished I had found her earlier!!! My kids really loved going there! She knows how to take them. She is firm but fair. She plans different fun activities every day through which they learn so much!!
Simone is fun and caring and really passionate about her job! I always had the impression She looks after every child as if they were here own.
She babysat too for us once (first time I had left the boys in someone else's care from dinner time to bed time). I was really nervous but I enjoyed my rare time out as I knew they were happy with her! They asked for her first thing in the morning!

I have started taking my toddler to Simone at the begging of the year. We had a slow start as he doesn't like changes but he accommodated quickly due to Simone's help. She is wonderful in handling him as he is stubborn and strong headed even at this young age. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice as she is constantly helping with his development and as well as his well being. I am very grateful for her advices on what he should be doing as I am a first time mum.

I have a very random schedule due to being a freelance worker. Simone was extremely flexible and accommodating to my needs. My son was extremely happy in her care. He enjoyed his dinners and the facilities/activities Simone had in her home. She was always able to do pick ups and drop offs which helped with my crazy hours too. You will be very happy with the care she provides and your child/ren are left in safe hands. Thank you Simone. :)

I'm glad to have chosen Simone!
My daughter was happy from drop off to pick up. I would highly recommend Simone as she is lovely and warming and my daughter took to her as soon as we reached.
