Tracey is an amazing childminder and I feel so lucky to have found her! My little girl has been going to Tracey’s for nearly three years and the care she has received has been absolutely second-to-none. Tracey treats all of the children in her care as if they are part of her family. She goes above and beyond to be helpful, flexible and accommodating to any needs.
The children go on brilliant outings, for example to music classes, play centres, the safari park, garden centres and more. Tracey has a well thought-out curriculum and takes time to develop and nurture her mindees emotionally and educationally. Most of all, she shows them so much kindness, compassion and love. There is a parents’ Whatsapp group in which we receive regular updates and photos of the children having the time of their lives!
Our little girl is going to miss Tracey so much when she starts school, but fortunately our little boy is now attending the setting! We know that the care he is receiving is truly incredible and I am so delighted to have Tracey as his childminder (and now my friend!).

Our little girl has attended Tracey’s for approaching 2 years. She absolutely loves it! She is always asking ‘is it a Tracey day today’ and ‘what we doing with Tracey today’. Tracey takes the children on adventures every week, and our little one has made proper friendships with both the other children and Tracey. Really supportive when we first started and always willing to share advice and equally important always open to working together. My wife and I are able to go about our working day comfortably knowing that our daughter is having a fun day with Tracey.

Our daughter has been going to Tracey since she was 15 months old; she is now 2y 9 months. The decision to move her from a nursery to Tracey's was vital. Tracey offers:
- a warm, welcoming, family environment
- it's more like going to "grandma's" house and meeting with cousins instead of a childcare setup
- we could rely on Tracey's communication and honesty throughout our whole experience here. Where Harper was before moving to Tracey's setup we used to have to beg to receive *1* picture every week. Tracey will fill your phone's memory with *daily* pictures! Something which was so important for us, to keep us in the loop and updated as to what H was up to during her day.
- If H had a great day she'd let us know, if she had a rough day she'd let us know too. If H was the centre of attention during the activity she'd let us know, but we were also told when she would refuse to join in for whatever reason. This has led to us trusting Tracey and never second-guessing.
- H used to be quite shy, however, due to the number of places Tracey takes them to, on a weekly basis, she is now a confident little madame. Her confidence levels have shot up. Places like Safari Park, Jo Jingles, The Jungle, Bents, softplay, scavenger hunts - you name it and they have been! And not once does she ask for extra payment to cover these expenses.
- Tracey is now more like a friend - we have numerous conversations regarding H's development etc, but also we trust her with other more personal things.
- Some days the kids do freeplay, other days she has planned activities like growing butterflies, mark making, sand play, baking etc
- Tracey has thought me about schemas and how to engage a toddler more into play
- And finally, the ultimate test as to whether a childminder is a good one is whether the children love her or not. The kids don't stop hugging her, and piling up on her, and at home H asks me to pretend I am Tracey!! Guess enough said :-)

Justine It has been a pleasure having you all, I'm so pleased I get to keep you for holidays. 💛
My little boy Theo has only been going for 2 months but has come on leaps and bounds.
Tracey so is attentive and theo absolutely loves going to Tracey’s his speech has come on leaps.
We receive pictures on a daily basis and I know that he is safe and sound there.
We couldn’t rate Tracey enough and our decision to move theo from nusery to a childminder has been the best decision ever!

T is adorable and such a happy baby. It's been my pleasure to help him with his speech, he is a little chatterbox now. 💛
Tracey is one of the best childminders, my son originally started off in a mustardy but struggled to settle so we decided to take him to a childminder hoping that a smaller group would help and it absolutely did. Tracey was very clear with her rules and routines and our son settled straight away which I was shocked at as I’d previously told Tracey he would maybe struggle separating from me but he had no problems. He felt as though he was going from one home to another which is a great environment, he loves Tracey and her family and they treat him like theirs 🥰 we can’t ask for a more loving environment!
Tracey takes the kids on so many wonderful days out, from the safari park to Jo jingles to soft play to bents to the dinosaur adventure playground the list is endless! My son has thoroughly enjoyed spending his first few years at the setting!
Tracey has helped with my sons speech and for doing activities to bring this on and we are noticing a difference.
I would recommend here to anyone, Tracey is warm, accommodating and very friendly, we couldn’t ask for anymore.
We are all really going to miss Tracey and her setting, but our little boy is now leaving to go into Reception.

Laura Thank you for being an amazing family over the years. We are going to miss you all so much. But D is ready to start his new chapter in reception. He has learned life skills her witb us that I'm certain he can use well in reception.
All round great childminder. Friendly atmosphere with a homely feel to it. Noticed major progression in my sons development, excelling other kids older than him who aren't from the same childminder or nursery's.

Omari isn’t the easiest of children ;) but Tracey has the patience of a saint! She had him settled in so quickly and he really does think of her as family. I could not ask for anyone better to look after him. Tracey has care, kindness and education in all the right amounts.

Tracey has been minding both boys 1yo and 5yo since August and has been amazing with them both. From the first visit onwards she's always been friendly, caring and professional.
Tracey has adapted to new covid rules amazingly and keeps the children safe. She accommodated us by doing school drop off and pick up whilst breakfast clubs are paused. We're always kept upto date by WhatsApp with the boys activities and she uses an app for contracts/invoices so everything is clear and simple. Both boys are happy and thriving in her care!

Tracey is an incredible childminder. She has such a passion for looking after children and I feel 100% happy leaving my 2-year-old daughter with her every day she attends.
Tracey provides brilliant opportunities for the children she looks after - she takes them out and about while keeping them totally safe; she plans exciting and inspiring activities for them while at her lovely home; they get to bake, play with the two lovely doggies Tia and Bailey, do all sorts of crafts, make music, and learn so much through play.
Our daughter enjoys her time with Tracey so much - every day that we tell her she’s going to Tracey’s, she squeals with delight!
Tracey provides healthy meals and snacks, taking into account any preferences or requirements. She has excellent communication with parents.
What really sets her apart, though, is the care and love she shows the children in her care. She is so kind, caring and funny, and the children clearly love her as much as she loves them! She is a natural childminder, definitely doing what she was born to do! Tracey is a lovely person and I feel so delighted that our daughter gets to spend her days in her care. She goes above and beyond to support parents in whatever way she can.
I know from personal experience that not all childminders are the same. Tracey is a real gem of a childminder, and I cannot recommend her enough.

Tracey has looked after Max since he first started school and he has now been with her for over 4 years. Whilst I have only needed after school provision two days a week Max has been well cared for from the minute he arrived.
My biggest concern when he first went to Tracey was his fear of dogs (he was chased by two when he was a toddler). Not only did Tracey reassure me but she took the time with Max to introduce him to her dogs, stayed with him throughout, taught him about their nature and gave him the opportunity and reassurance to get over this fear. He has grown up with Bailey and Tia and he now adores them both. I am truly grateful for this Tracey and haven't said it directly to you - from someone who is a bit wary of dogs herself I don't know how this would have solved itself without you - thank you!!!
Tracey has always been reliable and has been willing to look after Max outside of contractual hours when I have had an emergency. As a single mum this has been invaluable.
My dad describes Tracey as 'salt of the earth' - I agree
Max has always felt safe and secure and considers her part of family - that is the most important thing!!!!
