One of the things I really appreciate is how much fun my daughter has while she's there. Whether it's creative play, outdoor time, or themed crafts, she always comes home happy and full of stories. Steph goes the extra mile by helping the children make thoughtful cards and crafts for special occasions like Mother's Day and Father's Day, which means so much.
It's clear that Steph genuinely cares about the children she looks after, and we feel so lucky to have found her. I'd highly recommend her to any parent looking for a warm, reliable, and engaging childminder.
Val has looked after both our daughters, so we've been with her for around 3 years now. Our children have loved going to Val's, and my youngest who first went to Val about 6 months ago has settled so well - she doesn't even seem to miss me!
Val offers such a caring environment for children, and they do so much fun stuff - trips to toddler groups, soft play, painting, playing outside, singing and dancing etc. Val's daughter, Lauren, works with her too, and the children adore her. She's clearly great at interacting with them and they have so much fun with her.
I feel so lucky that we found Val when we moved to the area. It's so reassuring to know that my children are going to a happy, fun, safe home for the day while I'm at work.
Jessy has provided an exceptional service towards our two sons over the past 2 years. They love going to her setting and even ask to go over on the weekend. Being surrounded by other children has also allowed for our sons to learn to walk, eat independently, talk and be potty trained earlier than expected and we can’t thank her enough for that. We would recommend Jessy’s childminding services to anyone who was considering using her.

Liyanna babysat our 7 month old daughter and was highly professional yet warm and friendly. It was our first time with a baby sitter and she eased us in, proactively kept us updated when we were out, and more importantly was very patient and sweet with our baby. I would strongly recommend Liyanna for anyone looking for a sitter/nanny!
Finding the right childcare can be an incredibly daunting experience, especially when a previous attempt hasn't worked out. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have found Jane and her wonderful, caring team at Sweetness Camp.
Returning to work was already tough, but it was made even more challenging when our daughter struggled to settle at a local nursery, culminating in an accident after three weeks. Desperate for an alternative, we found Jane through recommendations from other mums, and it has been an absolute blessing.
From the moment our daughter joined, Jane and her team went above and beyond to help her settle in. Their genuine warmth and nurturing approach made all the difference. We quickly gained complete trust in Sweetness Camp as a safe and incredibly supportive environment. It’s clear our daughter is not only well looked after but truly thrives there.
A special mention must go to Jane and Maryori's delicious and healthy cooking. Providing nutritious meals is so important for growing children, and it's something they excel at.
Overall, we feel incredibly blessed to have met Jane and her team. Their dedication, kindness, and professionalism have given us immense peace of mind. We are confident our daughter will continue to grow into a confident and happy child under their wonderful care.
I was needing a night out but was afraid to leave my autistic 4 year old but I’m happy I found Benedeta. She was very patient with him and very professional providing updates to give me a sense of ease. In no time she had him in bed which is something my other sitters have failed to do. She was also extremely accommodating.

Beata has been such a caring and thoughtful presence for our daughter. At first, Emilia was naturally a little unsure being looked after by someone new, but Beata was incredibly patient and gentle in building trust — and it’s been lovely to see Emilia warming up to her more with each visit.
She’s punctual, communicates clearly, and follows routines and instructions with care. Whether it’s school pick-up, time at the park, preparing meals or supporting the evening wind-down, Beata handles everything calmly and with kindness. She takes time to connect through play, stories, and even songs in Polish — which has been a lovely bonus!
We’re really grateful to have found her and would happily recommend her to other families looking for a kind, reliable and trustworthy childcarer.

My little boy has been attending gems childminding for just under 2 years now and for us it was a great choice that we had made. Gemma and her team are amazing at providing a fun, safe environment whilst learning and supporting our son’s needs to develop. We have seen our son socially develop and strive off interacting with the other children, as well as seeing him enjoy the French and music class activities. Gemma and her team keep the kids well entertained with different themed weeks as well as teaching them life skills. Our son enjoys the wonderful day trips out with his friends and often speaks about them at home too!
We highly recommend gems childminding as they are super reliable, professional, friendly, clean establishment with a home from home feel.
Mariella has been absolutely amazing with my little girl. I visited lots of childminders and nurseries and Mariella stood out immediately. I had to go back to work when my daughter was 9 months old and I was so worried about leaving her. I felt comfortable leaving her with Mariella straight away. She has years of childcare experience and is warm and kind and obviously genuinely loves children. She has ofsted outstanding which is hard to find in the area. Mariella’s home is beautiful and spacious with a lovely garden. She takes the children on so many outings and to lots of local activities and provides nutritious home cooked meals. Mariella doesn’t do school pick ups and drops offs, which was a massive plus for me and means she’s totally focussed on the little ones. Her setting is calm and not overwhelming and overstimulating as nurseries can be. The most important thing is that my daughter also loves Mariella, she’s excited when we approach her house!
Choosing Maryam to care for our two children (1 & 3) has been one of the best decisions we've made.
From our very first visit, we felt an immediate sense of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, and this has only grown stronger over the months they have been attending her setting.
Both children absolutely are absolutely thriving.
Their speech (plus arabic words! Incredible!!) confidence and kindness. They also try new foods and enjoy them!
It's clear they feel completely safe, loved and happy by their actions at drop off and when being collected.
Maryam provides a variety of engaging and educational activities for the different ages of my children, lots of outdoor play, messy play (my household favourite) arts and crafts, nature walks, role playing and so on!
Her communication is exceptional. We receive updates, often with lovely photos, detailing what they've eaten, napped, and learned. She's very approachable and willing to discuss any concerns or developments, and nothing is ever a bother.
Maryam's home is a wonderful, stimulating, and incredibly safe environment. It’s always clean, well-organised, and full of age-appropriate toys and resources. Her commitment to safety and well-being is evident in every aspect of her practice, giving us complete peace of mind.
We cannot recommend Maryam highly enough. She treats our children like her own, and her loving, nurturing, and professional approach means I never worry when my children are in her care. We really feel like we've hit the jackpot with Maryam. Thank you for everything Maryam, our children love you and so do we!!

My little girl has been cared for by Marina since April and I couldn’t be more grateful for what Marina has done for our daughter.
This setting is second to none! The physical learning environment and resources are remarkable and are regularly enhanced to reflect the children’s interests and present learning. Marina is constantly striving for excellence and children now have free flow access to learning indoor and outdoors. Provision reflects the requirements of the Early Years Curriculum ensuring children have all necessary opportunities to develop and flourish.
The initial reason for wanting a childminder instead of a private day nursery is because we wanted a “home environment” for our child and felt a nursery would be to formal and institutionalised. With Marina, I believe children get the best of both.
My daughter has built strong bonds with Marina and her family. She honestly loves going there and looks forward to seeing her and all her friends.
Marina ensures I am fully informed of my daughter’s stage of development, I am informed of her strengths and next steps and together we work on these to ensure my child is making progress in all areas.
Communication between me and Marina is excellent. We use baby’s days app, whatsapp, emails and phone calls.
In addition, I like that Marina is incredibly flexible and accommodating, she goes above and beyond her role for the needs of the children and families she works with and is more than helpful if parents need additional days or hours than normal.
I couldn’t recommend Marina enough, for us it’s been the best decision we have made for our daughter so far.
This nursery is a fabulous setting for young children, the staff are always conscious to strive above and beyond whilst being incredibly nurturing. They have a great understanding of what is needed for Early Year children and due to interactions with the school the transition is an easy period. They offer extra curriculum activities where possible such as trips to the library and I cannot fault them as a setting!
We’ve been really pleased from the start with the care our daughter has received from Jessy. Since joining, she has settled in quickly and is always happy to go. It’s been great to see how much she enjoys her days there and how reluctant she is to leave at the end, a clear sign she’s having a good time.The setting is friendly, social and nurturing, and our daughter has made lots of friends soc. This has been a big change from her previous childcare experience where she struggled to settle. The difference we’ve seen since being with Jessy has been very positive. She was chatting, settled and joining in from day one. She particularly enjoys the singing and dancing and we’ve definitely noticed her confidence growing, she is always singing the nursery rhymes they listen to with Jessy. Our daughter also really looks forward to all the different activities Jessy organises throughout the day and often talks enthusiastically about what they’ve been doing when we pick her up.
Our daughter is a huge fan of Jessy’s cooking and we hear about the meals all the time. If we could, we’d have Jessy as our cook at home too! Jessy was a great support during potty training, both with our daughter and in offering advice to us as first time parents. Her guidance was really appreciated during what could have been a very tricky time.
Jessy always tries to be flexible and accommodating with any changes to our schedule, and her quick, clear communication makes everything very easy. We also love receiving regular photos as it’s such a joy to see what our daughter is getting up to each day and feel connected to her time there.
Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and would happily recommend Jessy to other families.

Sohalia has been an incredible child minder for our daughter Mia over the past two years. From the very beginning, she provided a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where Mia felt completely at ease. The thought, care, and attention Sohalia has given to Mia’s development have been outstanding.
The range of activities she offers is varied, engaging, and perfectly suited to Mia’s age and interests, helping her grow in confidence, creativity, and social skills. Mia has always looked forward to her days with Sohalia, which is a true testament to the positive, stimulating environment she provides.
We’ve also been very impressed with the variety and balance of the meals and snacks offered—Sohalia has always been mindful of providing nutritious, enjoyable food that Mia genuinely loved.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Ms Vera and her wonderful family for giving my baby girl a safe space to grow, learn and develop.
My daughter was with Vera from 15months until 3years and ten months when she moved on to nursery school. Ms Vera was the first place my baby went to outside of our home and without me. Much like her parents, she is a tad stubborn and although she would always come home happy and excited, in Vera’s setting she was quiet and watchful and kept to herself. It took 6 months but once she was settled she became a new girl.
I appreciated that throughout my whole 2.5years with ms vera, she always kept up communication and sent pictures of H throughout the day.
Once H was settled in, it was clear that Vera, her children and husband’s care provided a space for her to feel safe to express her personality.
Her social skills and physical abilities propelled preparing her for nursery school now.
2 and half years of ease knowing I could do what I had to do and baby girl was safe.
I also appreciated how patient Vera was with me. I am a first time mum trying to get my business of the ground and time keeping is not my strong suit, but Vera extended me empathy and understanding and I couldn’t be more appreciative!

My daughter has absolutely thrived and come on in leaps and bounds since starting with Jessy last year. My daughter can be shy and has some speech delay but since being at Jessy's, she has grown in confidence and is speaking so much more. She often doesn't want to leave at the end of the day!
Jessy gives great updates and has been so supportive. She cooks great meals for the children and makes sure they are nurtured as if they were her own children.
