I cannot tell you how happy we were to have Sarah look after our children. If she had had the space for our twins too, we would still be using her even though we live many miles from her!
She's a down to earth, professional and genuinely nice person. Our children were always happy to go to her and still often speak about her and her family despite not attending for a few months now.
I was really nervous to send my eldest particularly as he had been with me for 2 years before he went into childcare but Sarah put my mind at rest with regular updates and photos.
She also records what she does with the children and completes reviews each month too showing their progress and you can see the care, thought and time she puts into each child in her setting. She was also able to help out and do the extra odd day where we needed it.
Would really recommend, did to my sister and her son still attends, and if you ever get more availability for the days we need Sarah - please let us know!

We honestly couldn’t be happier with the care our little one receives. He settled in so quickly, which was such a relief after having a difficult experience with a previous minder. Now, he goes over with open arms—something we never thought we’d see!
She is incredibly trustworthy, kind, and honest. We really appreciate the thoughtful morning and afternoon updates—it gives us so much peace of mind to know he’s happy, trying new foods, and getting involved in lots of new types of play. We’ve seen such a positive change in him since he started in her care. She’s made such a difference, and we’re so grateful.
Debbie was great; she helped organise the learning for all of our children; provided structure and guidance to help bring them into line with the National Curriculum and demonstrated the clear understanding of Primary School content that you would expect, given her wealth of experience.

I met Pris during our original nanny search. We were unfortunately not able to fully match our schedules (she was already working with another family), but she left such an impression that I have since used her as a back up babysitter for our (now) toddler and 8 year old since early 2024. She is kind, caring, energetic, engaging and at the same time professional and reliable. She respects set routines and preferences , but also brings in her own knowledge/experience and creativity. With Pris I know that our girls are happy, entertained and safe. I can highly recommend her if you are looking for an experienced and reliable babysitter/nanny
Ruth has been an absolute angel for our family.
She cared for our son, Phoenix, from the age of one to three, and helped him blossom into the confident, curious little boy he is today. Ruth is incredibly kind, endlessly patient, and genuinely devoted to the children she looks after it’s no surprise they all adore her.
Phoenix has a severe peanut allergy, and from day one I felt completely safe leaving him with Ruth. She went above and beyond to ensure his safety, checking ingredients meticulously, avoiding any products that might contain traces of nuts, and even researching allergy-friendly baking recipes so he would never feel left out.
Every morning, Phoenix looked forward to going to Ruth’s. Whether it was playgroup, the zoo, music sessions, or the wonderful weekly activities she organised, he was always excited. And her indoor play was just as thoughtful: from baking to sensory exploration and motor skills games, every day was filled with creativity and care.
As a parent, I always felt supported. Ruth has wonderful tools and a deep understanding of childhood development, she’s there for the children and their parents alike. For two years, she was our steady, loving support system, and even now, we remain in touch.
If I ever need a childminder again, I wouldn’t think twice. I would choose Ruth over any nursery. She offers something truly special: a home away from home.

Izabella babysat our 20month old son while my husband and I was attending a conference in Belfast. Her communication was timely and excellents. She is lovely, very kind, warm and accommodating. She joined us for breakfast at the hotel and bonded quickly with the young man before we had to go. We expected tears when we left, but there was none. She showed him the sights of Belfast and made sure he was well-fed that morning. She then looked after him again in the evening when we attended a dinner. We felt confident that he was safe and well-looked after. Five stars all round.
Donna & Corinne were booked to look after a number of children including our child for a wedding just outside of Dundee in Scotland.
It was the first time a babysitter had looked after our 15month boy (he’s on the trickier side too) so naturally we were slightly anxious but Donna was fantastic at putting our minds at ease.
They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Donna asked for a brief on my child before the day, they arrived promptly and sent us pictures throughout the day to put our minds at ease.
My one issue is that I live in Essex and won’t get an opportunity to use them regularly!
I cannot recommend Katinka enough! She looked after my son from 9 months - 2years and he was so looked after, cared for and nurtured in her care. If I could have packed her up with me when we moved across the country I would have as I don’t think I’ll ever find another like her!

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Ellie to care for our son. From day one, she built a wonderful connection with him—her kind, patient, and playful nature made him feel completely at ease. Ellie brings such positive energy into our home, and it’s clear she genuinely loves working with children.
She’s not only attentive and responsible, but also creative and engaging—always coming up with fun activities that support my sons development and keep him smiling. Whether it’s crafts, reading, outdoor play, or imaginative games, My son is always excited to spend time with her.
We’ve also appreciated Ellie’s excellent communication and her thoughtful updates throughout the day. It’s incredibly reassuring to know he is in such capable and caring hands.
Ellie has become such an important part of our lives, and we can’t recommend her highly enough to any family looking for a truly exceptional nanny.
Ellie has looked after my little one since a tiny baby, she is always happy to help and I can't recommend her enough, they have enjoyed zoo days together, farm days ,' messy play and so much much, she is a credit to the industry. The relationship she has built with my now 4 year old is just magic over the years.
Pris was nanny to our girls from 2021 until 2024, from ages 2 through to 7 years old. She is the most capable and brilliant nanny, incredibly caring thoughtful and loving towards our girls. She is incredibly calm and loved to create arts and crafts afternoons and take them for picnics. She always prepared them healthy meals and was also happy to cook for us whenever we asked. She helped run the household with ironing and washing. We only ended her employment with us because we moved out of London and can highly recommend her to anyone seeking a highly experienced nanny

Helen has been an excellent weekend nanny to our two children, ages 4 and 5. Not only is she always punctual and reliable, but the children also cannot wait to spend time with her. She is experienced supporting them with their homework and also makes an effort to bring creative activities they enjoy. Her communication is excellent and she leaves our home tidy. I would highly recommend her to other parents.

We used Lucy to support our twin boys’s grandparents whilst we were at a wedding. We had excellent communication with Lucy leading up to the day and were confident that Lucy would be a great fit. On the day, she arrived very punctually and immediately put both our boys, their grandparents and us at ease with her cheerful and outgoing persona. After a couple of hours handover between us and Lucy (her having never met the boys previously) we left for the wedding completely content that Lucy would be brilliant with the boys. Professional, calm and kind throughout, the grandparents commented on how easy it was to have Lucy at home with them and realised how hard it would have been had she not been there to help! The fact that the boys went down to sleep without a fuss despite it being their first time without us doing it, is a testimony to her skill and competence as a Nanny. We will definitely use Lucy again and would highly commend her to anyone else looking for a full time or ad-hoc Nanny. Thank you Lucy!

Marian replied promptly to a short-notice enquiry and took wonderful care of our 2-year-old, even as she was adjusting to a new time zone. Over two evenings and a full day, our daughter had the loveliest time with Marian, who was a calm and caring presence. She was attentive to our requests for meals, naps, and bedtime, and clearly had plenty of experience in keeping little ones engaged and happy throughout. Tons of drawing, reading, singing, and exercise.
We felt completely at ease leaving our daughter in Marian’s care and would gladly recommend her to other families.
I would like to recommend Sarah Williams who has provided regular nanny care for our daughter over several years.
When looking for help we found Sarah very responsive, friendly and helpful. It soon became clear that she is well known and highly regarded in the local area following her many years of nannying experience here.
Sarah is extremely personable, and has very good interpersonal skills. She is unfailingly well presented and bringing a bright positive presence. She is very pleasant to have around and to spend time with, and I completely trust her in my home and in looking after my child. As an employee she has shown both loyalty and discretion, both to us and in speaking of any former employers.
She has been very flexible with regard to our childcare needs and has also been happy to care for daughter at her own home on occasion where she has set up many fun activities. She has planned and taken my daughter on many fun days out and always finds local activities to enjoy, as well as all the everyday walks, park visits and so on.
She is happy to advise parents and give them the benefit of her experience but will also respond well to their wishes and act as preferred. She is very sensible, responsible and aware of safety in her care of children, while also being a fun loving person who engages and interacts really well with children.
She is a very caring and genuine person, and shows her kind nature not just in her work with children but in giving generously of her time and energy to help people and animals in her community.
I am absolutely confident that Sarah will be genuinely committed to getting to know, and doing the best for, any child she is looking after.
We’ve had the absolute privilege of having Abi care for our 3 children for over a year. Abi is the most amazing Nanny I have ever had. We have been completely blown away by her professionalism, deep love, care and respect for our 3 children. Our children absolutely love her and she has become part of our family. I would definitely recommend Abi as a Nanny, she is so hard working, thoughtful and brilliant at her job. I can’t speak more highly of her and any family who is blessed enough to have Abi care for their kids will be extremely lucky. Our children are going off to school so we won’t have littles at home anymore, so that is the only reason Abi will be transitioning on from us, otherwise we would love to keep her forever because she is utterly brilliant .
